  1. The whole purpose of saying “… not that there’s anything wrong with that.” is to focus the attention on the fact that there is something wrong with that.So, what might that “that” be that is so wrong, that we have to pretend it isn’t wrong?

  2. There’s nothing “wrong” (at least IMO)with being gay. But, this has little to do with being gay. What it has to do with is a US senator being arrested for soliciting gay sex in a public rest room. And, that certainly requires a forceful response.
