Quite a busy Friday. Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens announces his retirement at age 90 giving President Obama the chance to put another liberal on the court. We can take solace in the fact that he’s just replacing one
liberal socialist with another but he can put a young guy or gal in there that will stay for 50 years. It does give Senate Republicans a chance to show some cajones, but don’t hold your breath.
Meanwhile, Bart Stupak has decided his legacy is intact and he will not run in November. The perfect crime.
