There’s a reason I don’t play the Stock Market. Sure I have IRA’s, mutual funds and the like. I play for the long haul with funds that have a little bit of everything, so no matter what happens, I’ll ultimately get more out than I put in when my hair is grey and my posture is much more horizontal. But I don’t go in for these day-trading, get-rich-quick schemes that so many charlatans are pushing on TV every day. Case in point, here’s a fascinating write-up on how former baseball thug Lenny Dykstra played many an investor for suckers and even pulled one over on the court jester of Wall Street, Jim Cramer.
